Precision measurement for large components
Trenton manufactures components up to 1500 mm in length and performs dimensional inspection using a 2000 mm VICIVISION VICI measuring machine.
The system is also equipped with a touch probe for measuring keyways and flat surfaces, enabling the complete inspection of complex geometries directly on the shop floor.

At the start of production, all the required measurements on the first part are automatically collected in a single report, including diameters, distances, radii and angles.
Complex features such as grooves can be measured in just a few seconds, helping operators to quickly verify tolerances and make any necessary machine adjustments.
