By introducing VICIVISION, Bavieri significantly increased the frequency of dimensional inspections, checking one part every 50 to 100 components produced. The system measures diameters with tolerances below one hundredth of a millimeter while also inspecting roundness, cylindricity and coaxiality in just 34 seconds, ensuring consistent quality standards throughout production.
One VICIVISION system supporting 17 grinding machines
Today, a single VICIVISION system is used to inspect components produced by 17 grinding machines, becoming a key element of Bavieri's production process.
